FAQ
Yes, always. Listing a profile, receiving offers, and accepting or declining them never costs a tenant anything.
Landlords see your rental history, payment record, and what you're looking for, but not your name, photo, or current address until you accept an offer. We don't collect your name, photo, or current address at signup. That said, in a small market, a combination of details (years renting, budget, property type, location) could still be enough for someone to guess who you are — anonymity reduces exposure, it isn't a guarantee of being unidentifiable.
Not yet. Figures like income and references shown on a profile are currently self-reported by the tenant, not independently verified. We're building a secure document-upload flow for income proof and references; until that ships, treat those fields as self-reported.
We're onboarding landlords and agents gradually while we build a real verification process. If you don't have an invite code, request one and we'll follow up.
It's a summary of self-reported rental history signals, not a consumer report and not a recommendation to approve or deny an applicant. Landlords are responsible for complying with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable tenant-screening laws in their own decisions — see our Terms of Service.
Every coverage-area plan is free during early access. See Pricing for details on what changes when paid plans launch.
